All transactions on phgreat are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received; VIP members at qualifying tiers benefit from priority processing. phgreat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. You must notify phgreat immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure: using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets; colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes; providing false identity information during registration or verification; and attempting to exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. phgreat employs monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and reserves the right to withhold winnings pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected. Any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
